Placed an order well over a month ago. The company took my payment but provided no email order number. Goods never received and despite 1 email reply from [Name], I've heard nothing further. Have asked politely for a refund, but this has not been forthcoming. As they are trading from an industrial estate a few miles from me, I will be visiting them soon if they do not provide a refund as well as reporting them to trading standards, for what it's worth.
