Everytime I place an order with Missguided something always goes wrong.
The first time - Let me order aload of things that were not even in stock, yet when they emailed me over a week later about it to say sorry there had been an error on the site I logged on again and it was still letting me purchase the item that 'wasn't in stock'
Second time - So I placed my order and missguided used billing address from previous card instead of the one i provided with my card. I had to send two forms of I.D and even then they wouldnt process the order and I had to get it cancelled and refunded!!!
Third time - I placed the same order as my previous one and made sure all details matched (billing address, card address etc) Yet I get ANOTHER email asking me to prove who I am!!!! They decided to not email me back for nearly two days when I really needed my order. They finally processed it however....My delivery did not arrive on the day expected so I called the courier company and they told my missguided did not give them my company name so they tried to deliver to my home address instead, funnily enough I wasn't home I was at work!!!! So I emailed missguided and got the usual oh sorry we forgot the top line of the address you provided we've given it to the delivery company now, well too late I had already done that myself as missguided are so incompetent!!!
Fourth Time - Last night my boyfriend gave me his card and said order yourself a few bits for valentines so I did from missguided.....BIG MISTAKE!!! Even though I made sure I changed the billing address to match his card address so there wouldn't be an issue, I have received an email this morning saying my order has been but on hold and I need to prove I live at the billing address. FUNNILY ENOUGH I DON'T LIVE THERE ITS MY BOYFRIENDS ADDRESS HENCE USING HIS CARD AND PROVIDING HIS BILLING ADDRESS!!!! So I have emailed them back but I no for a fact unless I can prove I live there, they will not process my order and I will be left this weekend without my new items....
After Four times ordering and four times of them cocking up I literally will never ever be using them again and I hope people read all these bad reviews before using them....I wish i did before I ordered with them!!!!!
