ordered dog shoes and received goods next day, unfortunately I ordered the wrong items and had to return them, service was first class spoke to a lovely woman who credited my pay pal account on receipt of the returned goods and all done within 2 days. After service was 1st class as well, received an e-mail confirming credit , I would order again from this company as very honest and professional.
