I ordered my product in early October. After two weeks, I had not heard from the company or received my order, so I attempted to contact them. After days of trying to reach someone, I was told that they did not have my product and it was on backorder. This was not shown anywhere on the site, or communicated to me until I asked where my shippment that I had ALREADY been charged for was. Totally unacceptable. I told them I wanted my money back now, and was offered a trade to a similar product instead. I accepted the substitution, but had to call AGAIN a week later to ask if my product had shipped out. It has now been a month since I originally ordered and was charged. In addition, I started receiving spam mail advertisements that I did not ask for. One of the worst retail experiences of my life.
