Complete mess up on delivery and the product was dented in two places

The delivery of this product was not on time, and so missed the deadline for my electrician, who then fitted it a week later due to his schedule. When we unwrapped the radiator it was dented, but because the electrician took so long to come back after the first time when the radiator bit didn't turn up, I couldn't be bothered to start all over again - v frustrating, and not particularly interested staff, wouldn't use them again.

I am sorry to read your review. It must be frustrating for you that the produycts arrived dented, but this is out of our hands and down to the courier company. We ensure we provide the best packaging possible but from time to time items suffer damaged in transit.

I am sorry you felt our staff were "not particularly interested". This isn't the impression our staff usually give as we are very helpful. I can only apologise on behalf of who you spoke to on that day.
