Savings insafe but stormy sailings

The booking was smooth. Having the reassurance of text notification if the ferry were not to sail was good given the weather conditions at the time of my journey. As I was in an area of poor reception immediately prior to my trip, I telephoned to check my outward journey and was very impressed with the response I received, effective and informative. Better maps for final directions and parking would have helped though. My only issue onboard was with the proximity of the smokers to the seating I had booked - I was not alone in this. The choppiness of the return trip, and other passengers' poor appetites in consequence, enabled me to stock up for my onward journey more economically than I might otherwise have done.
