Firstly, the blinds are ok, they look as cheap as they are which is whats to be expected when you order cheap goods.
However the customer services was out of this world BAD. Initially it took them 3 days to reply to my phone call, site message and email, and when they did, they were happy to change my delivery request.
However, they failed to deliver the blind on the day that I had requested, and in fact paid a premium for. The following email correspondence between myself and Zowie (their incredibly incompetent employee) involved her lying repeatedly to me about delivery, speaking to me with contempt and blaming me for the company's error.
I implore you, if you need blinds don't be sucked in by the cheap prices, its not worth the hassle and stress of this company's incompetence and down right rudeness. Lots of companies out there have equally cheap merchandise and will be grateful to take your money
