I ordered a sink and a tap and then phoned to say I'd ordered the wrong size sink. I was advised by customer services that the items had been dispatched so the best course of action would be to wait until the couriers phone me to arrange delivery and simply instruct them to send the items back to Victorian Plumbing. I did as instructed and have now been charged £74 to return the items. I wasn't advised by the person I spoke to at customer services that there would be a charge and am very disappointed with Victorian Plumbing. Also I feel the charge is excessive - when ordering I was quoted £38 for next day delivery, so it's £38 when you're buying but £74 when returning. This doesnt seem reasonable. I accept I made a mistake when ordering and am happy to contribute to the return but this charge is excessive and just feels like I'm being ripped off.
