In over 30 years of driving I've never had better, more straightforward service.

My car was stuck in the back of beyond; one of my tyres was completely flat and had come off the wheel rim. I checked the size and type of tyre I needed on the website and rang to see what happened next. (It is seldom straightforward for me because my vehicle is a 'grey import.') The adviser went through my options again. We actually settled on a slightly cheaper tyre and I decided to replace both front tyres (because my car is 4WD).
I was not asked at any time to buy the extra tyre, nor to pay for anything extra. They even agreed, as the car was not at my home, to call me when they arrived to start the job. This they duly did. Their technician, Andy, was friendly and efficient. I'd made my own way to the vehicle to meet him and he said he would have picked me up beforehand had he known.
It is rare to say this because I do enjoy a good complain, but I cannot fault this company for service, delivery or price. I've put their number in my phone and a link on my Facebook page. Next time you need new tyres - call them first.
