On this day I brought two different insurance policies. I thought everyone answering was friendly and polite qnd helpful. I was particularly impressed with james from the travel department. However it is slightly frustrating being passed between different departments for different policies it would be helpful if each person answering could do wach separate policy. Also I have called the home department twice both times was told I would get a call back and still haven't! !!!!
