Horrendous company, don't risk it.

Absolutely diabolical, unprofessional and shambolic. If you run a business and need to get goods delivered to customers, find anyone else but My Hermes. I thought my case was bad but others on here seem to suffer just as bad. It may be convenient to be able to be able to drop off at their Parcel Stores, but if the parcel doesn’t reach its destination, convenience means nothing. I have used My Hermes three times, twice to deliver wine and one to return a good. The wines have never made it to their destination. If anyone does use them, pay the extra for insurance and signature, that way, your parcel may not go missing however, (still did with my wines) even though it is obvious what has happened, not only will you have to wait 28 days for them to take responsibility, but then for some reason, it takes another 10 days to settle with you. Finally, their customer support is appalling; you will get one email a day from them giving you no information, there is no number to call them on so you just have to wait until they decide they want to write to you, in the meantime you risk losing customers due to their ineptitude. This is my own personal experience but if friends or family ever asked me for a concluding statement it would be “do not touch with a barge pole”.

Update:

Email below received on 13th Feb and responded to, on the same day. Today, 18th April, I receive the cheque. Not sure why it takes so long to process but then again, am not overly surprised. Pleased to say I have never used them since and actually pulled out of a purchase on Ebay as the supplier was using Myhermes. Shame but my experiences have been so bad, that there is no way I will ever use them or use a company that uses them.
