1st order good, 2nd order poor.

1st order good delivered in good time as indicated (and paid for!). The 2nd order was poor service, as after 7days (indicated on purchase 2-3days) I had to chase the order, which turned up after 10days.
Also when 2nd order arrived it was incomplete, but the invoice had been ticked to say complete. After another wait I did recieve the item.
Following installation for my customer, 2 of the polished Brass plates had scuffs, and following another conversation of which I was told replacements would be sent - 4 weeks later I received the goods.
NOT GOOD service for a Sole Trading Electrician who prides himself on his service delivery, of which this greatly affected.

It is obviously in our interest to get the goods to you as soon as possible, however they can be slight delays in manufacturing the switch which is out of our hands. Your first order may have sent incomplete as we would have wanted to get some of the goods to you as soon as possible.
