Auto Europe were fine but the car hire company - Europacar -had the most inefficient pick up procedures and it took us over an hour to collect car due to beaurocratic procedures and insufficient staff

Good internet booking as no out of usual hours charge, no extra for winter tyres and a compative price.
Europacar check in to collect car was appalling with insuffient number of staff and a great deal of beaurocatitic procedures. Everyone in the long queue were angry and frautrated.
Car good.
