Fantastic Service

The product (Mountain Equipment Randonee female gloves) was delivered but unfortunately the size ordered (small) did not fit. I re-ordered but by the time the request was processed the medium size had sold out. Decided to chance the large size but unfortunately they were indeed too large. Decided third time lucky to order the Randonee medium sized mitts and they were perfect. Ability to return the product was easy and the willingness of the company to satisfy the customer was second to none.
