We took a Half-term day trip to Calais for £22 + £1 booking fee. I would rather pay £23 and no booking fee. It goes against the grain to pay for a necessary part of your overheads. The ship was almost empty but, non the less, all the facilities were available. The ship was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The coffee was somewhat expensive and served in very small cups. I had tried to book with P&O on their £26 offer with six bottles of wine but every time that I tried to book the £26 turned into £140, very unsatisfactory. I shall go to your website first in the future.
