Due to prior experiences with ordering and awaiting delivery of larger products which require someone to be at home, which then sometimes do not arrive at the agreed time or even the agreed day, we tend to be 'doubtful' in our expectations of agreements regarding timings being met. The experience I had, throughout the ordering and delivery process with this company was, these days, definitely worthy of note. We could have had the item delivered the next working day to the order placement but nobody would have been available at home. The Thursday was ideal and that was agreed. I received an email on the Wednesday evening and also a text message to my phone giving a two hour time slot for delivery expectation for the next day. On the day the driver phoned ahead of his arrival time (within the agreed time slot) to let me know of his impending arrival. Great communications to keep me informed and they managed my expectations very well. I definitely will be using this company again. So stress free - other companies should learn from this.
