Flashbay
First time order, but rememberable positive experience
I was thrown the task to resource some high quality marketing USB sticks. So I started with a google search, followed by requesting quotes on several sites. Flashbay was the first to respond and in fact, 2 haven't responded at all - even now, 10 days after my initial contact!
So I called Flashbay as I liked their offer and price and spoke to Lisa, who was great in explaining each item in question and giving me all the information I needed. As I prefer to see and feel things before committing, Lisa offered to send me a sample box which arrived the following day. This was brilliant as you can see the quality of the USB's as well as the logo prints on them. Mind blown by the whole experience to this point I made my choice, agreed a price and ordered.
Even after the order, the service did not stop with follow up calls and emails to make sure that I am aware of the dispatch, happy with the product aso.
So to get to the point - outstanding service, outstanding experience and I cannot fault my purchase process in any way.
A very happy customer who will be back for more orders.

An rememberable online shopping experience
I was let down by another company as my initial product suddenly was in stock. Ordered a replacement item - yes - again not in stock. Found another cap I liked just to be told again that they haven't got it in the colour i have chosen.
So all this delayed my order by about 4 days.
Went onto golf online, found what I wanted, paid and had it within 48h.
Perfect - I will be back.
