I've bought two tickets for Schalke vs Galatasaray soccer match. First viagog sent me tickets for a worse place compare to my choice and also i need to have a away fans sections. And then they said sent back tickets via ups, where they also paid the shipment fees.
But since beginning of January, I've keep sending an emails to them what is the situaiton about my tickets and shipment fee, I havent got any answer, what can I do to solve this situation?
