The item I ordered was found to be damaged when unpacked. I rang Pet Supermarket who informed me I had to email a photo of the damage. I duly complied and was informed the item needed to be collected before a new one could be despatched.
Pet Supermarket arranged for the item to be collected, I stayed in for the morning but nobody arrived. I have now sent another email to the company and am awaiting a response. It is over 2 weeks since my order was made and paid for and I have not received it.
Would I order from them again ---NO.
