Good prompt service, with helpful staff

My first purchases in the world of vaping outside of tobacconist bought e-lites were made with Ecigwizard.

The kit I bought was priced well, delivered next day and packaged well, and has continued to perform well.

There was a fault with my next purchase and a replacement was on my doorstep the next morning after calling customer services. Unfortunately, there was a fault with the replacement also however, once I returned both items I was issued with a full refund fairly promptly.

The website needs a little navigation as the location of what you want isn't immediately obvious, but the search function gets you there. I like the option to receive an email when out of stock products are available again too.

I'd rather see cheaper prices than loyalty discounts but I can see why they do it.
