Really unhelpful and 'computer says no' mentality

I ordered a mattress and paid for them to collect the old mattress.
When I ordered they asked for delivery instructions and I asked for a phone call 10 mins before delivery so I could go home (I was only up the road) despite them sending me the order confirmation with these instructions - no one called. They got a neighbour I've never heard of to sign and then they dumped the mattress in the rain in the back garden. They didn't collect the mattress which was inside the flat and didn't mention it to anyone. I called customer service and they told me that the delivery team were a seperate company and they don't have to take any notice of their instructions. Very unhelpful.........
