I placed an order customer number 0801123732 order delivery enquiry 002562414 and I received a confirmation for my order but did not receive my items and my order DISAPPEARED from the site!
I contacted Customer Services who promised to resend my order , then nothing
I contacted Customer Services again & this time my order was sent out but I had an e-mail saying I had set up a credit account when I HADN'T but this is ok IF I get my order at the ORIGINAL PRICE charged ie £3 NOT FULL PRICE without the discount accepted on my original order!
I need a response to my e-mails as I will keep the credit account and order again in the future IF I am only charged the original amount of my order ie £3 otherwise I will have to return my order and close my account and not order ever again , thank you!
I like the prices of the items but I still expect to get the item pictured & the boots I were sent were a good 3-4 inches SHORTER than in the picture of the item onsite!!!
The 2nd pair I ordered KILLED MY FEET on the first time of wearing them and so are useless to me now too as are not just extremely uncomfortable , not true to size AND they left me with numerous blisters!!
I EXPECT the items I purchase to be FUNCTIONAL and fit for purpose as well as the actual item sent as in the picture not shorter boots which they DEFINITELY WERE
I am not a happy customer & if this is not resolved in a satisfactory way I will be going to Trading Standards with my complaint as the boots were not just useless but not as shown on site either and the other ones left scars on my feet :-(
( P.S I do NOT see why I have to pay for return postage and NOTHING was said in regards to the other pair which are useless and unwearable and NEITHER of the issues are my fault as I bought them both in GOOD FAITH!! )
Was horrified to find that TWO payments had been taken for my recent order to Hungry House , now yes e-mail of apology sent to me explaining it would be back in my account in 3 working days BUT I am on INCOME SUPPORT & on a VERY limited budget so to treat myself to a take away is a rarity and of real importance to me as in quality of food and service as I don't have money to waste!!!!
The meal itself was dire , I had to wait nearly 2 hours for it and it was cold on arrival & the delivery driver had a car parked outside my door with around 3 other guys in it at 1am with me in my nightclothes & I felt VERY uncomfortable & find this to be extremely unprofessional plus like I said the food was dire anyway but my issue is the EXTRA £10.80 which was taken from my account was actually for MY ELECTRICITY for over the weekend!!!!!!!!!
So to find that money GONE from my account meant I had NO money for my electricity for over the weekend and my electricity ran out this morning ( I had used the emergency credit ) so I was panicking of course and I cannot even DESCRIBE the hassle I went through to borrow money to put on my meter and actually spent my Saturday afternoon in tears thanks to Hungry House and it is NOT just about an e-mail of apology and a refund of my money in 3 working days as it is of no use to me when it was my money for my electricity for over the weekend! :-(
I have decided I want NOTHING MORE WHATSOEVER to do with your company & you can KEEP my money I am so appalled with your company that it is worth it just to get rid of you and the stress caused out of my life , so POCKET the money & I hope you do well with it & all the best for the future for you and your staff! :-) x
