Awful. Buck passers. Service - what service?

I bought. I never received. I bought last November ...for an Xmas present! I still haven't got it!
I emailed the company, YIOC, and got some apologetic nothing-said in response. I emailed again some weeks later and got some diatribe filled response, again giving no indication of when or if...

I emailed Wowcher. Nothing. I chased them on Facebook. They asked me to re-email. I did. 6 days later I get an email telling me they will email YIOC. They did and cc'd me in. Nothing. I emailed Wowcher again. 6 days later I get an email effectively saying 'What do you want us to do about it? We've done what we can'.

Garbage, garbage, garbage service.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the way this deal has worked out.

We do aim to ensure all of our merchants deliver within the time frames set out however on occasion there can be delays.

We will always try to resolve this with the merchant however if this cannot be done we will intervene on your behalf.
