Review deleted discriminating.....

I made a review yesterday due to your complete mess, as I explained my partner was disabled with phycosis and wanted to surprise me on valentines day, I have sent enough emails but you haven't replied I've tried calling and all I get is a answer machine, I've also contacted trading standards and WATCHDOG with a hope something will be done, by what I can see you have chose to ignore the review I made yesterday and deleted it, this has caused my partner stress and anxiety, my only hope is you sort this out or legal action will be taken.
