Kindergarten stage!

After doing my first few wowcher deals I'm still unsure on weather I'm receiving them all or not? I've received some and that was very prompt and easy but the other half I still have not received although I have paid for them, I've had codes that don't work and made numerous phone calls that no one on the other end seems to know what to do plus emails that have not been replied to? I seem to be the one now who's out of pocket?! Needs to be made more clear and for yourselves to work in partnership with the company's that are doing the deals instead of us being shoved from pillar to post! Sorry if its comes across rude but I just need to make my point.
