Normally good,but order very delayed this time
I ordered more treats for my rabbit,knowing some of them were out of stock, but they have emailed twice saying they are still waiting, for certain items from their supplier, this isnt very good as the treats i ordered the quiko sunseed lemon, this is the only place i can get them.
The delivery is quite expensive and is only free if you spend over £29, that is a lot of money to spend in one go, so they've got you.

I have looked into this matter for you and you chose our Super Saver delivery option which is our 5 to 7 working day service. As we do not include the weekend as working days, it can seem like a longer wait that usual for your order. We sell thousands of products on our website, so we can not physically hold all items ordered in our warehouse. On this occasion we had to order your item from an external supplier. We have free delivery on all orders, providing you choose the Super Saver option. If the standard delivery option is chosen, which is our 3 to 4 working day service you will have to pay £2.95p if your order is above £29 and £4.95p if your order is below £29.
