What really irritates me about BT isn't there service as such it's that myself and two friends have had the same problem.
When ever anyone leaves BT they seem to get fraudulent bills asking for money not owed.mHow do BT get away with this? I had reminders for six months and threats of court action for something I paid!!!!!!
Generally rate the company and package but it took ages and the most ridiculous procedure to downgrade the package we were on.

The salesman who visited called Jim was a really nice guy and convinced us to order with a professional presentation using a apple iPad.He was a bit odd at times making grunting sounds but we were amazed by the wealth of information he had both in video form and his general knowledge .
The windows took a while to be made which is a bit of a pain but that's because of the quality standards I'm led to believe after calling up to complain about it. The fitting took 5 days and was finished really nicely , including dusting and sweeping up.
Overall glad we payed a little extra to get quality windows fitted as our house in Worcester is now truly transformed!We called Jim on his mobile to get a quote for our fascia which we are hoping to get done next year. He came round the next day as he lives local and gave us 12 month price with no pressure.
Note- did notice fitters forgot to seal under the bedroom window but we called up the 0800 number and they sent some back to do it so no worries.
