Once a year comes Valentine's Day, the day all flower delivery services relish. One would think a company such as IFLORISTS would try their best to get it right. My order had been out for delivery since 8:19am on this Valentine's Day 2013 yet never reached my girlfriend. Customer service attempts? FUTILE...marked urgent yet no response. I can only guess that this means I am not alone in my disappointment as they probably have a backup of complaints extending a mile long. Well, I like to write so I will be telling my story over and over and over to anyone who will listen. Thanks for turning a day that' was supposed to be full of smiles into a real disaster. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
