Very slow delivery

Had to chase my order after waiting a week waiting for it , was told after trying to cancel order that it would be delivered in 24 hr , so went ahead delivery fri as was told till I checked with courier company , surprise now mon afternoon , that was on sat till I checked mon morning , surprise now tue afternoon , costing me money now , complained yet again and wow it turned up mon morning , oh the stress , got there in the end

We are currently working to prevent this situation happening again in future. We upgraded your order to a next day delivery but unfortunately the couriers let us down on this delivery and advised it is a 2 day delivery to your area. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
