Rip off!!!!!!

I ordered some flowers from Serenata flowers. com as part of a valentines present which were described as deluxe along with a heart shaped balloon at a cost of £60. When the package was opened I found the balloon had been popped in transit and the flowers were no different to those being in tesco for £5. I have left several messages to complain to which I have received the same response stating my flowers had been delivered on time but nothing in response to the popped balloon. If you have money to throw away, feel free to do business with Serenata because that is exactly what you will be doing.
