How can they get away with this kind of poor service

Ordered 12 Red Roses for delivery today Valentines Day, paid extra for delivery before 2pm, now 19.39 and still no Roses, this company is a disgrace and everyone leaving this feedback should publish on every social site you are a member of to stop this happening to others in the future, my partner is devastated and i have had to spoil the suprise as she thought i hadn't bothered this year
