So I wanted to get the old me back & a friend of mine recently started working with DietChef & was chatting about the programme. Then I saw an advert on tv & thought, this must be a signal for me to try this Dietchef programme. I was a little sceptical as a vegetarian but one evening, in bed, I turned on my laptop & just spontaneously placed my order as there was a brilliant offer on. A few days later my order came & I pretty much started the next day. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that the vegetarian options were so tasty - I thought they would be bland. I am on Day13 of this DietChef programme and have been taking photos of my food & keeping a diary via myfitnesspal & I have seen results in 2 weeks. I did have a day where I slipped but I quickly got back on track the day after. One things DietChef has taught me is you don't need to starve when dieting - eat less but more often. This programme has educated me in food label reading & weighing portion sizes. Fantastic!
