Like most companies, we try to make the experience of shopping with us memorable, and our packaging for our web customers is almost always a source of delight for our customers. We do, however, recognise that some customers would prefer discreet packaging, which can be requested at the check-out stage of the purchase process by using the customer admin notes. We would never intend ruining anyone's surprise, and please accept our apologies that we did, albeit inadvertently, in this case.
