Absolutely awful

I have been waiting for a laptop that was meant to of arrived Tuesday , which I paid next day delivery for and is still not here , or close to being delivered as yodel have some how lost it ! Every member of the team I have talk to have been very unhelpful , all giving different answers and never getting back to me ! Supposedly it is still under investigation.... But after reading reviews that have been previously left I can see that this Is an ongoing problem , absolutely appalled by their service. Once the laptop has arrived (if it ever does) , ill be avoiding them at all costs ! Never again !
