Diet Chef

Delicious beyond expectations and works

Tried diet chef after watching on tv thinking that can't be that good. After just one week I can't believe the quality of the food ,the choice and the effort that must have gone into this on the nutritional side. Nothing nasty added. I can't have iron this is perfect, quick and convenient too. I have lost 4 lb this week ,admitted some must be water but it has given me a boost. For a family with children it is so quick and easy it wouldn't be hard.
Snacks even for when you get peckish which is not common on this diet. I call it a diet but I really don't feel like I'm on one. Try it even counting the pennies it works out well.
I wish I'd have picked the phone up earlier !!!!
