I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day and paid extra for them to arrive before 2pm.
It is now 9.30pm and the flowers are nowhere to be seen and no attempt has been made to contact me.
The tracking number they provided for the courier did not work, I sent them an email at 3.30pm and they have yet to respond. Their Live Chat support services are all offline and they provide no phone number on their website.
Upon searching Twitter and Google I have found many, many people saying the same thing, a few who did get hold of a phone number say they were hung up on or sent to an answering machine.
This company is a disgrace and should not be used, they have clearly taken orders that they don't have the capability to fill, their customer service is nonexistent and they are totally unprofessional.
Their company Twitter account is acting as if nothing is going on, assuring customers that their emails will be answered.
I am extremely disappointed, as is my partner and will not be using this service again nor will I recommend it to anybody I know.
The flowers arrived this morning and they are not what I ordered, I asked for tulips and they have sent roses. Not only that but they are very poor quality and only four of them are red, the others are pink.
Still no replies to the emails I have sent them or any other contact made with me. Appalling service.
It is now 4 days since I emailed them and still no reply! I want a refund!
Also the roses have already died, they lasted less than 3 days.
This company is a scam, do not buy from them, they cant deliver on time, they send the wrong flowers, the ones they do send are subpar and they ignore all contact from customers.
Just received an email informing me I will be getting a full refund and "apologies for any inconvenience".
Glad to be getting my money back but this does not change my opinion of iflorist. A stock email after 4 days of ignorance is not good enough.
Tip for people still being ignored, try emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, this marks your complaint as "high priority", I got a reply about 2hrs after trying that email address.
