I ordered 12 red roses on 13/2/13 and paid the extra for guaranteed delivery by 2PM on Valentines Day. Should have known better - no sign of Yodel couriers and no sign of the roses!
Rang iflorist twice - first time eventually got an answer to say my order should be with me "any time now". Second time went straight to ansaphone stating the message bank was full up and the call was disconnected.
This is really poor service from this company who clearly could'nt fulfil orders placed with them. Avoid at all costs! I shall be demanding a full refund - whether I get it remains to be seen.
Some flowers were delivered today(24 hours too late) and were just left in the porch by Yodel!
When I opened them there was no sign of even 1 single red rose, let alone the 12 I had ordered.
Instead, the had sent me a cheap box of chocolates, which I hadn't ordered,
and 9 red and yellowish mixed flowers that looked like big daisies!
So not only were this incompetent company unable to deliver on the right day, they couldn't even send me the correct order! What i got i could have picked up from a garage forecourt for a fiver!
Definitely not £40 worth. I shall be pursuing this to the bitter end to get my money back. FRAUDSTERS!!
