OK so i order flowers with a vase worth £40, I then get an email at 22:19 the night before that due to adverse weather conditions in Nottingham, my wife wont get her flowers until the 15th.
To make things worse, they told me in said email that my £40 i spent was being "upgraded" to a £19 bunch of red roses. So not only am i paying double but my wife is getting flowers she hates.
After 4 emails asking to cancel my order i have heard nothing back in regards to my complaint.
I did however receive an email letting me know that the roses i don't want are ready for dispatch ALTHOUGH I HAVE EMAILED THEM ASKING TO CANCEL MY ORDER 3 TIMES..
Just a quick update...I still have not heard back from my raised tickets and emails sent to Iflorist.
I don't know if they have tried to deliver my order as i am away for a long weekend so there will be nobody to sign for them.
I am noticing though that Iflorist seem to be replying to some reviews here but picking and choosing which ones they wish to fully refund in public.
Very strange...Am i going to be refunded or not Iflorist???
I refer you to (Distance Selling) Regulations act 2000
