Someone actually phoned me from the company to ensure I had received my order as expected - now that's what I call customer service!

The polybags I ordered arrived promptly. I checked they were all there - No! I didn't count them!!!! But I could see that the sizes were correct and the bundles of bags look right. I never thought any more about my order as I had got the delivery within the expected timescale and all was OK. Out of the blue today I had a phone call from the company asking if my order had arrived and if everything was OK. WOW! Was I pleased! A company that actually cares about it's customers. That's why I'm telling you and I'll be mentioning them to my friends at the Craft Fairs and other sales outlets.
