DO NOT USE iFLORIST ... COMPLETE RIPOFF

Ordered £50 worth last Friday for flowers to be delivered to my mum in Spain. Nothing delivered though they said they would have to check first when I asked for my money to be returned. I have been contacting them for a full week and no one ever replies to my emails or returns my calls. Tried 'live chat' and they just leave you hanging there with no one replying. Use INTERFLORA ... DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS. They seem to be part of another company called Colonial Gift Limited so beware of them too.
