each 4 months same message in my infurn account about quality problem with ordered goods and another 4 months delay, but order still not delivered after 10 months. No response to E-mail.
avoid infurn.....
week later ... we have now answer from infurn : I am investigating your order and will come back shortly.
that's all, nothing else is changed ...
update: after short communication with Infurn (thank you Valerie) , i received my money back

Further to your review, sorry for the delay in response, but I have tried calling and have now emailed with regard to the issue with your order, and I hope now we can come to some resolution.
