So lets set the scene.
First valentines together and I have placed the order and received a couple of emails. Fiancee is waititng in all day for the suprise and by 2pm (oh yes paid for the pre 2pm delivery) nothing has arrived. Tried ringing the number, set a call in the CRM systems which still hasnt been assigned and sat here at 11:43pm with no flowers no tracking service and no update.

Update on te 15th
Flowers arrive, get 7 out of the 12 rosses with the quality very very poor.
I have asked for a refund and for them to collect will update if I get a reply.
Worst of all they knew they were going to be late as Yodel tracking only showed them hitting depot last night at 11:30
