the item i bought wasnt very good and it didnt work properly, and i couldnt get a refund because i used your voucher, all i was adversed was to send it back and pay an extra £4, have decided to close my account and no longer use wowcher and use groupon instead

We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty item from one of our suppliers. Returning items is always dependent on the suppliers returns policy and we will always advise that you liaise directly with them as this usually get a faster resolution that going through Wowcher however if this proves unsuccessful we will intervene on your behalf.
