Same story that everyone else has had, Valentine's ruined and had to show my wife emails to let her know I did buy her flowers (how romantic). I have already contacted BBC watchdog and given them the link to iflorists review page, hope they sort this poor excuse of a company out.
Flowers arrived yesterday afternoon with an email that night from Iflorist to say you have now received your delivery, mmm a day late and no apology. They still haven't responded to the email complaint I made on valentines day. Exceptional customer service, obviously not.
I'm so annoyed, apparently Iflorist messed up deliveries nothing at all to do with the delivery company yodel. I feel bad for the grief the yodel delivery people have been getting. I'm sure they are dreading delivering any more flowers due to ranting unsatisfied customers.
