I have ordered a few times & my order has been correct every time,I receive text messages to inform me when the courier is due to call,I've also used the super saver delivery & it has always arrived early, free delivery is important to me as times are hard in this economic climate,I will be using this company again and again,they also have a facebook page & reply to the questions I've asked quickly & politley,an all round brilliant company,very satisfied customer,many thanks pet supermarket. I would however like to see the range of rabbit products extended as I have 6 bunnies,I am currently in talks with them on Facebook & they are very interested in looking into the other products that I would like to buy from them,so this is all positive, I have many friends in the rabbit keeping community that would also benefit from these products as we have 273 members & that is potential extra customers for this company,so get cracking Pet supermarket lol.
