Finally I'm not happy at all.

Due to "unconfirmed" mail issue with my PayPal my order couldn't be processed. I understand that this is for security reasons but somehow this has never happened before. Anyway I have payed by a bank transfer to avoid the issue, because I was asked for a utility bill, which was supposed to confirm that me is me! - through a scanned peace of paper. I didn't send the latter because I leave on a different address and there are no mails there at all. So far so good...
The thing which really annoyed me is that after 10 mails I have done the bank transfer and after this I have received a mail which stated that the item will not be in stock till the end of the month - more than 20 days in my case. And this happened because somebody else ordered my stock, because of the PayPal issue.

Hi Ditmar, please note that we had stock of this unit until the 4th Feb, at which point we sold out. The page will show whether we have stock, as indicated by “in stock”, shown in green or if out of stock “available to order”, “normally 3-5” days pending availability with the UK distributor. It would be extremely helpful to let us know whether or not you noticed this, or where we can improve on the information that we are offering our customers as we continually strive to offer the highest levels of service.

Unfortunately in this case, the UK distributor is out of stock so delivery is pending on more stock arriving within the UK, as we explained. If you are unhappy with regards to delivery date we can always refund your order - please advise, thanks.
