Essential Nails are very informative. On the first phone call all my questions were answered and the lady was very helpful. The DVD and starter kit are great, and the nail trainer is great as you can use it over and over again. I'm half way through the course and I'm really enjoying it. Further questions have been answered straight away which has really helped my understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to start in the Nail World
