I ordered the MIL-TEC 50l Molly Backpack. I had been looking for a decent strong bag for college that was big enough to carry all of my stuff, whilst on my bike but wasn't too bulky and this bag dose it all.
The item arrived very quickly. I could have bought the item cheaper else where but I chose to use Military 1st over the years I have bought a number of items from them, and have always had great service and i will continue to use them.
The only thing on this occasion that stopped me giving 5 stars was when I emailed them before buying the bag to ask if i could fit an A4 file in the bag I was told that the bag was too small, however after watching a review of the 30 litre bag and seeing that it could fit 3 a4 files in, I was a little disappointed with the incorrect info I was given. If I hadn't have seen that review I would not have bought the bag, which would have resulted in them loosing a sale.
With that being said this company is defiantly one to consider if you are looking to buy any of the items they sell.
Just bought all the components needed to build a new gaming PC ready for Battlefield 4. This was my first time building a PC, and I have a few questions. I phoned aria up on a number of occasions and the staff were very helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
My items arrived the day after ordering them and were very well packaged, I received a number of emails and texts to keep me updated with my order which was nice.
When another company had let me down on some items, I phoned aria and asked if they would be willing to match the price, which they did.
This is a company that I will be using to buy all of my computer parts and accessories from in the future and will recommend to anyone.
The only negative I have is, after sending a few emails to aria they remain un answered, I don't know if it was just a one off or they were experiencing a busy period. If emails were answered more swiftly within 24-48 hours this would be a perfect company.
I would also like to thank Neil for all his help on 19/6/2013, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me he is an asset to your company.
Ordered a power supply some memory and a PC case from them. All items were in stock at the time of placing my order, only to find out a day later that the memory was out of stock and the order would be delayed, the following day I checked their stock levels, to find that they had 90, of the item in stock, so I contacted them about this and was told that the item was out of stock and I would have to wait a further 7 day to receive the order. I don't like being lied to.
Their customer support is absolutely appalling I contacted them via email on on the phone to ask them some questions regarding the order before I placed it, only to be told that they cannot give any product advice, and I had to order the products to see if they are suitable, if not pay and go through the hassle of returning them.
Definitely NOT a company I would ever use again and certainly NOT recommend to anyone!!
I'm just starting out as a mechanic, and will be needing to buy a lot of tools. The service that FFX has given me has been second to none. They respond to all of my emails with a few hours and are very helpful. Their prices are the cheapest I have found, in some cases up to 50% cheaper than my local shop.
I like the fact that when you contact them the same person deals with through out, so there's no need to re go over your inquiry etc like what happens with other companies.
I would like to thank Leigh for all his help over the last week with my various orders he is credit to your company.
FFX Tools is a great company to buy from, an one that I will be buying the majority of my tools from, and recommending to any one who is looking fro a great, reliable company to buy tools from.
Ordered tools which were shipped with DPD, the order arrived looking as if it had been thrown arround. up-on opening the packaging all of the tool's packaging was damaged.(Presentation cases) luckily the contents were tools and not something more delicate. If your staff cant take care with people's packages you should NOT be delivering them.
By far the worst delivery company I have had the misfortune of having deliver a package
