customer service rubbish
Ordered towel radiator on line on tuesday and was in stock.I tried to order for next day delivery but would not let me so when i rang was told only coming in on thursday. so rang on friday was told it would be in today. On monday. was told not in till middle of week was and would then be another couple of days befor delivery, really not happy and did not trust them when still showing in stock so i cancelled order. Customer service is a waste of time you get a different answer from everyone you speak to. I have noticed it does not seem to be available on site now so just wondered how long i would have waited for it.
