great customer service and really helpful
Ordering was easy - had a delay in supply but was advised.
Order despatch address was missing some details - even though filled in from their database - so item went back to them - but on calling they were extremely helpful and sorted everything without any hassle - that's true service - not just sending out at a price - but following up when needed - thanks

Really responsive - phoned to check I had not made an ordering error (a mish mash of products ordered for different tanks) and responsive when a product was reported with a minor issue - perfect service and great prices
